Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer: the person who enters their name, email address and billing details at checkout. Those details form the basis of the order and the invoice.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of both parties for the digital service ordered electronically through wearu.app, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. The service and its price

Wearu is an app offering AI-powered virtual try-on, outfit suggestions and digital wardrobe management. What is sold is not a physical good but timed access (a subscription) or one-off usage credits. No shipping or delivery is involved.

Plans on sale: Pro and Pro+ subscriptions (monthly or annual) and one-off credit packs. Current plan contents and prices are listed in the pricing section of wearu.app and shown again as an order summary at checkout.

All prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT. No additional charges are applied.

4. Payment

Payment is collected by credit or debit card through the secure infrastructure of iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. Card details are never transmitted to or stored by the Seller. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the same price, charged to the same card.

5. Performance

The service is delivered immediately and electronically once payment is approved. The subscription is applied to the account the Buyer uses in the app and becomes active within a few minutes. There is therefore no delivery period or delivery cost.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly are exempt from the right of withdrawal. By approving this agreement at checkout, the Buyer acknowledges having been informed that the service is performed immediately and that no right of withdrawal applies.

Despite this exemption, the Seller offers more than the law requires: if the service has not been used at all (no credits spent from the purchase), the full amount is refunded unconditionally within 14 days of purchase. Details are on the Cancellation and Refund page.

7. Cancellation, renewal and refunds

The Buyer may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and access continues until then. The full refund terms are set out on the Cancellation and Refund page, which forms an integral part of this agreement.

8. Purchases made through app stores

If the subscription is purchased through Google Play or the App Store, the sale is completed by that store operator, and cancellation and refund requests are subject to that store's own terms and channels. This agreement covers purchases made through wearu.app only.

9. Invoice

The invoice is sent electronically to the email address given at checkout and is issued by VERAX TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

10. Personal data

Personal data processed as part of an order is handled in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 and as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disputes

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits set annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

12. Effect

The agreement is formed when the Buyer approves it electronically at checkout and ends when both parties have met their obligations. A copy of the approved agreement is emailed to the Buyer.
